Centimeter per Hour to mph Converter
Convert a very slow metric speed into miles per hour. Since both sides are measured per hour, the conversion only changes centimeters into miles.
Formula: mph = cm/h / 160,934.4. For the opposite direction, use mph to cm per hour.
A tiny speed on a familiar scale
Centimeters per hour is a natural unit for slow movement: seepage, gradual test rigs, small feed mechanisms, or any reading where a per-second number would be awkwardly small. Miles per hour is much more familiar, but it is a broad unit, so most cm/h values become tiny mph decimals.
